Привіт! Кава — традиція моя вечірня. Й хоча потім не можу швидко заснути, все одно не відмовлю собі в цьому задоволенні. А ще домашні пельмені, так теж на ніч.

Ви колись чули таке, щоб багата людина сказала стоп, мені вже вистачить грошей, не буду експлуатувати інших, йду на відпочинок. Такого не буває. Жадібність не має меж. Але ще є інша складова — той, хто зупиняється відразу відстає й втрачає дуже багато. Тому просто вийти з системи майже не можливо.

Але жадібність не єдина вада. За масками ховається багато чого, починаючи від банальної заздрості й закінчуючи тяжкою формою соціопатії. Майбутній президент не скаже нам, що хоче грошей. Він пообіціє гарне життя, безпеку громадян, боротьбу з корупцією... Натомість отримуємо “болт”. Цікаво, а чи зможе ШІ краще справитися з державним та навіть глобальним управлінням.

ШІ не має офшорних рахунків. Так що там офшори, у нього відсутні ті самі вади, котрі ховаються під нашими масками. Хто буде керувати ШІ? Звичайно ж, не ті, що зараз! Децентралізовані мережі дозволяють це реалізувати вже зараз. І кожен особисто буде приймати рішення, впливаючи на управліньські ідеї ШІ. Чи можливо таке? Ні. Хто за кермом зараз цього ніколи не допустять. Якщо ШІ й буде глобальним менеджером, то лише під контролем тих же самих, що й зараз.

Ідея з ШІ в ролі глобального менеджера чи керівника на державному рівні виглядає цікаво. Але це скоріше буде математичне пекло, де людині не буде місця. Існує дуже багато ризиків. Навіть код може увібрати історичні факти людства й приймати рішення на їх основі. А це значить, що ті ж самі людські вади, як егоїзм чи расизм, стануть складовими рішень ШІ. Та й рішення його напевно будуть холодними й безжальними. Наприклад, ліквідація цілої країни чи материка для забезпечення безпеки життя інших. І я вже мовчу про математичну помилку. Тому сценарій з ШІ ймовірний, але в далекому майбутньому.

Have you ever heard of a rich person saying stop, I’ve had enough money, I won’t exploit others, I’m going on vacation. That doesn’t happen. Greed knows no bounds. But there’s another component — the one who stops immediately falls behind and loses a lot. Therefore, it’s almost impossible to simply exit the system.

But greed is not the only flaw. There are many things hidden behind masks, from banal envy to a severe form of sociopathy. The future president won’t tell us that he wants money. He will promise a good life, security for citizens, the fight against corruption... Instead, we get a “bolt”. I wonder if AI will be able to cope better with state and even global governance.

AI does not have offshore accounts. So there are offshores, it does not have the same flaws that are hidden under our masks. Who will manage AI? Of course, not the ones that are now! Decentralized networks allow this to be implemented right now. And everyone will personally make decisions, influencing the management ideas of AI. Is this possible? No. Those who are in charge now will never allow this. If AI is a global manager, then only under the control of the same people as now.

The idea of ​​AI as a global manager or leader at the state level looks interesting. But it will rather be a mathematical hell, where there will be no place for a person. There are a lot of risks. Even code can absorb the historical facts of humanity and make decisions based on them. And this means that the same human flaws, such as selfishness or racism, will become components of AI's decisions. And its decisions will certainly be cold and ruthless. For example, the elimination of an entire country or continent to ensure the safety of the lives of others. And I'm already silent about the mathematical error. Therefore, the scenario with AI is likely, but in the distant future.
