Привіт! Нічого нового на вечерю — кава! Ну і як же буз смачного пісочного печива з джемом! Не можу відмовити в солодких смаколиках, хоча це й шкідливо.

Не дуже добре виглядає ситуація, коли людина втрачає віру в закони. Відбувається це поступово. Спочатку в школі, потім у середніх та вищих закладах нам вкладають в голову інформацію про те, що є закони та правила. Підривають цю віру лише балачки старших людей.

З часом починаєш розуміти, закон — це нібито якась порада. А ось елітам закон не писаний. Їм точно можна, а вам — тільки частинку, або взагалі не можна. Та хай кривий та косий, але цей суспільний договір не надто зрячої пані Феміди має існувати. Бо в іншому випадку ми будемо їсти один одного в прямому сенсі слова.

Неприємна ситуація в тому, що вибіркова справделивість не надто стимулює нас дотримуватися законів. Так відбувається руйнація в суспільстві, а про це я вже писав чимало.

Але є ще один важливий нюанс. Його я розберу на власному прикладі. Я не вбиваю людей, не краду у сусідів курей, намагаюся не брати участі в хабарних справах не тому що є кримінальний кодекс. Причина в тому, що я, як і переважна більшість людей, маю свій власний кодекс. Це схоже на життя “за поняттями”. Так і живу, по-людськи. Живу так все життя, з молодих літ.

В чому ж проблема? Та їх купа, адже де факто існують дві правові системи. Я швидше наплюю на закон, чим на внутрішній кодекс. Ці дві системи права вбивають країну й свідчать про слібкість суспільства. Основні проблема — корупція, бідність та соціальна нерівність.

А тут повертаємось до початку. Чому виникла така ситуація? Кому вона вигідна? Хто привів нас до такого? Як виправити ситуацію? Кожне з цих питань настільки складне й обширне, що в мене не вистачить ні часу, ні розуму, щоб відповісти.

The situation does not look very good when a person loses faith in laws. This happens gradually. First, at school, then in secondary and higher education institutions, information is put into our heads that there are laws and rules. Only the chatter of older people undermines this belief.

Over time, you begin to understand that the law is supposedly some kind of advice. But for the elites, the law is not written. They can definitely do it, and you can only do it a little, or not at all. But even if it is crooked and oblique, this social contract of the not-so-sighted lady Themis must exist. Because otherwise we will literally eat each other.

The unpleasant situation is that selective justice does not really stimulate us to follow the laws. This is how destruction occurs in society, and I have already written a lot about this.

But there is another important nuance. I will analyze it using my own example. I do not kill people, I do not steal chickens from my neighbors, I try not to take part in bribery cases not because there is a criminal code. The reason is that I, like the vast majority of people, have my own code. It is similar to living “according to concepts”. That is how I live, humanly. I have lived this way all my life, since I was young.

What is the problem? There are a lot of them, because de facto there are two legal systems. I would rather spit on the law than on the internal code. These two legal systems are killing the country and testify to the weakness of society. The main problems are corruption, poverty and social inequality.

And here we return to the beginning. Why did this situation arise? Who benefits from it? Who brought us to this? How to fix the situation? Each of these questions is so complex and vast that I have neither the time nor the intelligence to answer them.
