Завжди дивувася з людей, котрі ігнорують життя й повністю віддаються побудові карєри. Із родини у них хіба що кіт, а то й взагалі без нього. Будують карєру з метою позбутися власної порожнечі, але у у людини з мізками нічого не вийде. Порожнеча лишиться. А може ще й зявиться прозріння, що все життя витрачене на формування показників. Ну а останні будуть видалені назавжди після списання чергової робочої одиниці.

Побудова карєри — це як атрофія власного життя в системі, що впритул не бачить робочої одиниці, а то й взагалі зневажає її зовсім. До речі, останній варіант найймовірніший.

Робота карєриста не відрізняється від послуг повії. Усе в системі залежить від керівника, а хто потрапляє в той список ми добре знаємо. І ось власна думка та й взагалі вся ідентичність розчиняється в політиці компанії. Це відбувається поступово, не відразу. А пізніше вже й не доставляє дискомфорту репліканту, він звик. По суті, мова йде не лише про втрату ідентичності, а людської гідності.

Робота в команді, абмітність, кава та обговорювання важливих подій... Сміх та й годі. Вся ця робота не варта й огризка, а висновки мають таке ж значення, як і колір кнопки зливного бачка в привокзальному туалеті. І мова тут не то про тих, хто приймає рішення, а карєристів з менеджменту. Вся ваша праця — це напис на могильній плиті вашої ідентичності, розуму, совісті, життя...

Or maybe an epiphany will come that their whole life was spent on forming indicators. Well, the latter will be deleted forever after the next work unit is written off.

Building a career is like an atrophy of one's own life in a system that does not see the work unit up close, or even despises it altogether. By the way, the latter option is the most likely.

The work of a careerist is no different from the services of a prostitute. Everything in the system depends on the manager, and we know very well who gets on that list. And now your own opinion and, in general, your entire identity dissolves into the company's policy. This happens gradually, not immediately. And later it no longer causes discomfort to the replicant, he is used to it. In fact, it is not only about the loss of identity, but also of human dignity.

Teamwork, ambistry, coffee and discussion of important events... Laughter is not enough. All this work is not worth a penny, and the conclusions have the same importance as the color of the flush button in the station toilet. And we are not talking about those who make decisions, but careerists from management. All your work is an inscription on the tombstone of your identity, mind, conscience, life...
