Привіт, шановні читачі! Думаю, що не тільки мені доводиться суттєво економити. На полицях магазинів вибираю найнеобхідніші продукти, без яких не можна прожити. І тільки зрідка купую щось “екзотичне”, те, що до 24 лютого 2022 року було майже буденним для продуктового кошика.

Згідно з опитуванням 59% населення України купують тільки саме необхідне. Люди шукають знижки, акційні товари і вибирають “бюджетні магазини”. Експерти кажуть, що значного здорожчання продуктів, такого, як восени 2022 року, не буде. Та все ж сезонний фактор зіграє свою роль: овочі, фрукти та деякі інші групи товарів неодмінно здорожчають. Деякі експерти припускають, що зростання цін не перевищить планку в 10%, але це лише прогноз. Оскільки підприємства по переробці харчових продуктів, як пишуть в ЗМІ, віднесли до критичної інфраструктури, то в них не відключають електроенергію, а, значить, відпадає необхідність використовувати генератори.

Немає ніякого бажання фотографувати полиці маркету. Тому світлину до цієї публікації викладаю за літо 2019 року. “Смачні” були ціни на борошно. Асортимент широкий: ДніпроМлин, ХерсонМлин та інші. Зверніть увагу на яскраві жовто-блакитні кольори упаковки.

Деякі групи товарів періодично падають в ціні, потім дорожчають. Дехто на цьому непогано заробляє, створюючи штучний ажіотаж. Власники бізнесів вважають, що зростання цін на продукти в 2023 році складе близько 25%. Вірогідно, що зростуть ціни на тепличні овочі, адже вартість енергії від генераторів значно вище електрики з мережі (в кілька разів). Здорожчає сало та м'ясо, молоко.

Взагалі, зростання цін продуктів буде носити категоріальний характер. Щось може й подешевшати, але це, скоріше, виключення. Аналітики кажуть, що варто очікувати зростання цін протягом року в середньому від 3% до 20%. Розвиток ситуації буде залежати від багатьох факторів, наприклад, курсу долара і спрогнозувати майбутнє з високою точністю неможливо. Та основним фактором, звичайно, залишається розгортання подій на фронті. Тому віримо в перемогу та сподіваємося на краще.

Only the most necessary: prices are growing like mushrooms after the rain

Hello, dear readers! I think that I am not the only one who has to save significantly. On the shelves of stores, I choose the most necessary products, without which it is impossible to live. And only occasionally do I buy something "exotic", something that until February 24, 2022 was almost commonplace in the grocery cart.
According to the survey, 59% of the population of Ukraine buys only what is necessary. People look for discounts, promotional products and choose "budget stores". Experts say that there will not be a significant increase in the price of products, such as in the fall of 2022. Nevertheless, the seasonal factor will play its role: vegetables, fruits and some other groups of goods are bound to increase in price. Some experts suggest that price growth will not exceed the 10% mark, but this is only a forecast. Since food processing enterprises, as written in the mass media, are classified as critical infrastructure, electricity is not turned off in them, which means that there is no need to use generators.

There is no desire to photograph the market shelves. Therefore, I am posting the photo for this publication for the summer of 2019. The prices for flour were "delicious". The range is wide: DniproMlyn, KhersonMlyn and others. Pay attention to the bright yellow-blue colors of the packaging.

Business owners believe that the growth of product prices in 2023 will be about 25%. It is likely that prices for greenhouse vegetables will increase, because the cost of energy from generators is much higher than electricity from the network (several times). The price of lard, meat, and milk is rising.

In general, the increase in product prices will be categorical in nature. Something may become cheaper, but this is rather an exception. Analysts say that it is worth expecting an increase in prices during the year on average from 3% to 20%. The development of the situation will depend on many factors, for example, the dollar exchange rate, and it is impossible to predict the future with high accuracy. But the main factor, of course, remains the unfolding of events at the front. Therefore, we believe in victory and hope for the best.
