На території України правоохоронними органами задокументовано понад 30 тисяч кримінальних проваджень щодо військових злочинів росіян. Експертами ОБСЄ зафіксовані випадки порушення прав людини та міжнародного права. Сюди входять вбивства, викрадення людей, катування. Експерти ООН також офіційно підтверджують, що на основі початкового розслідування виявлені військові злочини. Спеціалісти були призначені та відправлені в Україну вищим правозахисним органом ООН для розслідування ситуації. Немало справ відкрито й проти зрадників України. Добре, що нашу країну підтримує майже весь світ і розслідувати злочини допоможуть 45 держав. Хотілось би нагадати, що військові злочини не мають термінів давності.

Новий варіант засудження військових злочинів росії від офісу Президента України

20 жовтня сайт uanews повідомив, що в Офісі Президента активно працюють над реалізацією нового механізму щодо притягнення до відповідальності країни-агресора. Представники ОП заявили, що МКС (Міжнародний кримінальний суд) та трибунал при раді безпеки ООН не підходять. Натомість пропонується укладання міжнародного договору з подальшим створенням спеціального трибуналу. Країни-союзники вже отримали відповідні документи в чорновому варіанті, а деякі навіть надіслали відповіді. До кінця 2022 року владою України планується підготувати необхідні робочі документи.

Важливо підкреслити, що ще в середині липня в Нідерландах пройшла міжнародна конференція, направлена на розслідування військових злочинів росії в Україні. По інформації Bloomberg, перші розгляди справ можуть пройти взимку 2022-2023.

Хорватія підтримає Україну в позові проти росії

Євросоюз, країни Прибалтики, Австралія, Японія, Британія та багато інших країн підтримують позов України проти росії у Міжнародному суді. Тепер до них також долучилася і Хорватія, МЗС якої підтвердив відданість міжнародному правопорядку.
