Влада окупантів прийняла рішення провести "зачистки" після колективних скарг від українців щодо компенсацій за втрачене житло. Наразі в багатостраждальному місті вже проживає близько 30 тисяч цивільних росіян. В новобудови планується завезення ще десятків тисяч росіян.
