В своєму житті я змінив кілька видів діяльності. Працював на різних роботах, починаючи від помічника на будові й закінчуючи керівними посадами. Кілька років тому почав замислюватися над необхідністю існування деяких професій, а частіше — посад.

Якщо ви працювали в різних місцях, у різних містах, а ще краще — країнах, то, ймовірно, зрозумієте мене. І зараз я говорю не про бюрократію в державних органах, що існувала завжди. Мова йде навіть про робітничі посади, котрі взагалі не потрібні. І їх кількість вражає. На початку мені в голову прийшла думка, що це якась теорія змови. Тобто, людей чимось займають, щоб менше думали, обєднувалися, не висловлювали свою думку на протестах. Трьома словами — не мали часу! Але я й дотепер не відкидаю цю думку.

Як виявилося, на цю тему вже є наукові роботи, наприклад, американця Девіда Гербера. Його робота говорить про те, що робота 40% людей є марною. Це майже половина! І я повністю з ним погоджуюся.

Гербер не називає цю історію з непотрібною працею теорією змови. Сиситема працює так сама по собі, це ідеологічна пастка. Цікаво, що вигідна вона не звичайним роботягам, а системі. Ну що ж чекаємо далі. Побачимо, як ШІ зробить непотрібною працю щебільшої кількості людей. Тепер до звичайної бюрократії буде додана ще й цифрова.

In my life I have changed several types of activities. I worked in different jobs, starting from a construction assistant and ending with managerial positions. A few years ago I began to think about the necessity of the existence of some professions, and more often - positions.

If you have worked in different places, in different cities, and even better - countries, then you will probably understand me. And now I am not talking about the bureaucracy in state bodies, which has always existed. We are even talking about working positions that are not needed at all. And their number is impressive. At first, the idea came to my mind that this was some kind of conspiracy theory. That is, people are being occupied with something so that they think less, unite, and do not express their opinion at protests. In three words - they did not have time! But I still do not reject this idea.

As it turned out, there are already scientific works on this topic, for example, by the American David Gerber. His work suggests that the work of 40% of people is useless. That's almost half! And I completely agree with him.

Gerber does not call this story of unnecessary work a conspiracy theory. The system works like this by itself, it is an ideological trap. Interestingly, it is not beneficial to ordinary hard workers, but to the system. Well, what are we waiting for next. Let's see how AI will make the work of even more people unnecessary. Now, digital bureaucracy will also be added to the usual bureaucracy.
