Привіт. Майже у всіх нас є діти, внуки. Їмо потрібно вчитися, але навчання (дуже бажано) повинно бути актуальним для майбутньої професії. Пам'ятаю своє навчання, коли нас “ганяли” по предметах, які ніколи не стали в пригоді. В навчальному закладі ми роками вчилися виконувати завдання, які зараз оргтехніка виконує за хвилину. Насправді так було завжди, адже навчальні програми відставали від реалій життя й дуже відставали. Попрацювавши трішки в науково-дослідній організації, виявилося, що моя робота не дуже потрібна, а потім почалися масові скорочення. А що ж порекомендувати своїм дітям, щоб вони не наступали на ті самі граблі?

Моє питання складне й відповідати на нього можна довго. Але є певний перелік професій, які будуть актуальні в майбутньому, навіть в тому випадку, якщо наш світ частково перейде в життя режимі онлайн. Мова йде про лікарів, вихователів, педагогів, інструкторів чи тренерів з фізичної культури. Залишимо осторонь державну службу, військових, працівників робочих спеціальностей. Всі вони потрібні, та не важко спрогнозувати в яких кількостях. Хоча для цього в будь-якій державі є управління та наукові інститути з вивчення подібних питань.

Ще зовсім недавно мені здавалося, що майбутнє за розробниками різних застосунків. Та з появою штучного інтелекту, щось на кшталт того самого чату чи Google Bard, який обіцяють вже скоро зробити доступним. Ймовірно, що AI сам зможе писати унікальний код по заданому алгоритму, а інший, трохи кращий, вносити необхідні корективи. Звичайно, розробники нікуди не подінуться, та чи будуть вони потрібні в тих кількостях, що маємо станом на сьогодні.

Мені здається й це лише припущення, що в майбутньому однією з найактуальніших проблем буде необхідність в створенні безпечного інтернет-середовища. А тому в топі будуть експерти з забезпечення інформаційної безпеки, контролю доступу, секретності тощо. Сюди ж входить захист інформації, контроль програмного забезпечення, передача інформації та багато іншого. Але не варто виключати й те, що більшу частину функцій буде виконувати штучний інтелект.

Цікаво те, що в майбутньому все відбувається не так, як ми припускаємо та фантазуємо. Але є певні професії, які вже зараз безперспективні. Тому важливо правильно задати вектор своєму чаду, щоб потім не довелося сидіти й сушити голову над тим, де влаштуватися на роботу.

2023: thoughts on future professions

Hello. Almost all of us have children and grandchildren. They need to learn, but the learning should very preferably be relevant for the future profession. I remember my studies, when we were "pushed" on subjects that never came in handy. In the educational institution, we spent years learning to perform tasks that are now performed by office equipment in a minute. In fact, it has always been this way, because the educational programs lagged behind the realities of life, and lagged far behind. After working for a while in a research organization, it turned out that my work was not really needed, and then mass layoffs began. And what to recommend to your children so that they do not step on the same rake?

My question is complex and it can take a long time to answer it. But there is a certain list of professions that will be relevant in the future, even if our world partially switches to online life. We are talking about doctors, educators, teachers, instructors or trainers in physical culture. Let's leave aside the civil service, the military, and workers in work specialties. All of them are needed, but it is not difficult to predict in what quantities. Although for this in any state there are administrations and scientific institutes for the study of similar issues.

Until recently, it seemed to me that the future belonged to the developers of various applications. But with the advent of artificial intelligence, something like the same chat or Google Bard, which they promise to make available soon. It is likely that the AI itself will be able to write a unique code according to the given algorithm, and another, slightly better one, will make the necessary corrections. Of course, developers will not go anywhere, but will they be needed in the quantities that we have today.

It seems to me that this is only an assumption that in the future one of the most urgent problems will be the need to create a safe Internet environment. And that's why experts in information security, access control, confidentiality, etc. will be in the top. This also includes information protection, software control, information transfer and much more. But it should not be ruled out that most of the functions will be performed by artificial intelligence.

The interesting thing is that in the future, everything does not happen as we assume and fantasize. But there are certain professions that are already unpromising. That is why it is important to correctly set the vector for your child, so that later you do not have to sit and dry your head over where to get a job.
